Used. Comes in non-original sealed ESD-safe packaging.  This mass flow controller has a few minor scuffs and scratches and a little sticker residue from installation and removal, but nothing too major.  The seals are still in good condition as well with only very lightly indented rings, if at all.
Notes:
This mass flow controller was pulled from a working assembly that was being decommissioned, but was not tested separately after removal as we do not have the resources to do so. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
