Each tip has only been used once during temperature qualification/validation. Unit it self has been turned on and off 4 times, for the previous tip temp test. (+/- .5 F) at max +/-.2 F lowest temp.

This JBC soldering station is the newly upgraded version of the popular CD-1BQE General purpose soldering station. The CD-1BQF is the 2021 replacement for the CD-1BQE. This station is suitable for both SMD and THT components.
It uses the T245-A General Purpose Handle, the perfect too for general electronic applications with high power requirements. This handle uses any "C245 Series" soldering tips. (3 Soldering tips/cartridges are included.)
The NEW "F" Version includes:
- Fast and easy configuration of the station thanks to the 7-Key Keypad
- Cartridge holder to store up to four cartridges, as well as a cartridge extractor, and a cable connector.
- Connectivity to the JBC FUME EXTRACTOR (sold separately) via the RJ12 connector.
