    Description

    Up for sale is a Horiba STEC mass flow controller.  Model SEC-Z512MGX.  I have 6 available.  These were purchased new and 5 were configured for SiH4 at 200 SCCM, 1 was configured for SiH4 at 50 SCCM.  They were never used, kept on the shelf as spares.  Please see pictures and email with questions.
