I'm very pleased to present for auction this gorgeous piece of Gorham sterling. This is the "Lancaster" Saratoga Chip server.
The Saratoga servers were created to serve potato chips in the late 19th century in Saratoga Springs, NY. This stunning piece of silver measures approx. 8 7/8" long with the bowl being about 3 1/4" by 4 1/4". It's hallmarked on the back.
The server is in
excellent condition with only very minor surface scratches you would find on antique or estate silver. I'm pleased to offer Free U.S. Domestic shipping. Don't pass up the opportunity to purchase this fine piece of silver. It's destined to be the star of any silver collection.
