This Cintech Ad Venture Pte Ltd BGA Grid Ball Placement Machine appears to be in fair cosmetic condition, although there are several small dings, scratches, & signs of previous use. Please look at the photos.
The unit powers-up and after a brief period it displays that it cannot reference return the Ball Drive to the home position, therefore I believe that this unit will require parts or repair prior to proper operation. This is the only testing that has been performed. I do not have the equipment or training to formally test this item, so it is being sold as is.
The unpacked dimensions of this item are approximately 30“L x 32“W x 45“H.
