The D12 is a deliquescent compressed air dryer for 100 CFM.  It's designed to remove harmful moisture from any air system using up to a 25 horsepower air compressor.  The dryer has no moving parts or power requirement, which makes it ideal for tough operating environments, intermittent flows, point of use applications, mobile equipment, and areas with electrical restrictions.
How the D12 works.
The D12 consists of an epoxy lined tank filled with Dry-O-Lite desiccant tablets.  Wet air enters the bottom of the tank and flows up through these tablets, which absorb water vapor and slowly dissolve.  Liquid collects at the bottom of the tank to be drained.  Compressed air exits the top of the tank.  An F200-100 or equivalent filter should be installed immediately after the dryer to remove oil mist and particulates.  Clean dry air is now ready for use.  The benefit of the D12 relative to other drying technologies is the simplicity.  No moving parts.  No power required.
Installation.
Connect air lines and add Dry-O-Lite desiccant tablets.
Maintenance

Drain liquid after each 8 hours of operation.  A manual ball valve is included.   Pro tip: use flexible tubing to collect the liquid in a container.  Consider installing a
MDV-400 automatic drain with a 1" ball valve
.  Every 2-3 months inspect the Dry-O-Lite level by looking thru the sight glass on the side of the tank. Top off the tank with new Dry-O-Lite tablets as necessary.  A D12 dryer will consume approximately 130 lbs. of
Dry-O-Lite desiccant
per 2000 hours operation at peak flow (100 CFM).

The D12 compressed air dryer and 3 x 50 lbs. pails of Dry-O-Lite desiccant ship to addresses in the lower 48 U.S. states for free.  The dryer is boxed and strapped to a pallet.  The Dry-O-Lite pails are also strapped to the pallet and shrink wrapped.  The shipping weight is approximately 375 lbs.  The ship-to site must have a forklift or loading dock to unload the pallet.  For lift gate service to addresses without forklift access,

OEM Equivalent filtration products (coalescing elements, air-oil separators, oil filters, and inlet filters) and guaranteed to fit the housing of the original equipment manufacturer.  OEM Equivalent filters may be returned pre-paid within 30 days of shipment; a 20% re-stock fee may apply.  Returned filters must be in un-used and re-salable condition.  Return authorization requests are required. Mist eliminators and manufactured-to-order filter elements may not be returned.
RETURNS
Most capital equipment may be returned in new and un-used condition within 30 days of the purchase. The buyer will be responsible for pre-paid return freight and may be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. A return authorization number is required. Manufactured-to-order equipment may not be returned.
Return requests for desiccant will be managed at our discretion.
